The Role
You'll own the reliability, quality, and evolution of Workplace services across an organization of 14,000 employees. You'll lead day-to-day operations for Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, while driving the strategic roadmap for O365 adoption. You'll manage 1 direct report and govern a 5-6 person managed service team.
What You'll Do
