Nutrition and Food Science (NFS) Lab Assistant

The successful candidate will support the NFS department by executing the following duties:

• Perform daily upkeep of the food laboratories, which includes sweeping, mopping, and tidying both the food labs and the preparation room.

• Prepare for and actively support lessons conducted at the food labs.

• Collate recipe ingredient orders from teachers and carry out timely procurement/ordering of ingredients for daily lessons and examinations.

• Support the NFS unit with administrative filling and documentation, including handling billings, receipts, delivery orders, etc.

• Assist with internal stock-checking and assets checking.

• Manage equipment loans, reference books, and other related assets. ...
