Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care (Yee Hong) is a culturally inclusive provider of senior care in the Greater Toronto Area. The organization operates 805 long‑term care beds, 308 senior apartment units, and additional facilities in development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing a system for retention and maintenance of resident records and chart audits in compliance with legislation.
• Support Infection Prevention and Control Program activities, including hand hygiene audits and resident immunization chart audits.
• Assist in planning, preparing, and implementing quality improvement programs.
• Perform audit, data entry, and generation of reports.
• Analyze and evaluate data and prepare presentation of program outcomes.
• Perform mask fit testing and assist with care plan audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the Nursing department.
