About the role
Claimont Health offers a Nursing Assistant position supporting a client with spinal injury and complex health needs in the community. The role can be full‑time, part‑time, or bank staff.
Main duties
- Provide domiciliary home care for clients with spinal injury.
- Deliver person‑centred care and support client and family members.
- Maintain professional boundaries within the home setting.
- Apply flexibility, maturity, independence and highest professional standards.
- Deliver client‑specific care and adapt approach to meet client needs.
Qualifications & experience
- ≥1 year as a Complex Care Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant with experience of people with spinal injury.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 related subjects; or nursery nurse qualification or similar.
