Overview

We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager to join our dynamic Leadership Team. The primary role is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination, supervision and coaching to nurses in the field.
• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with Ontario Health atHome.
• Keep abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and Community Health Services best practices and monitor employee performance.
• Promote and market Community Health Services and maintain positive public relations.
• Provide active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) degree.
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
