Working 18.75 hours weekly, you'll collaborate within the RAAM team to deliver integrated care focusing on individuals experiencing homelessness. This is your opportunity to utilize your nursing background in a community-centric setting to directly impact the lives of those seeking help.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care during clinic hours and conduct home visits
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and share findings
• Work in tandem with healthcare providers and community resources
• Accurately order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Monitor therapies and customize interventions for clients
Requirements:
• Master’s in Nursing; RN-EC with good standing
• Minimum of 2 years in Mental Health/Addictions
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and the Mental Health Act
