Bring your clinical expertise and passion for compassionate care to a rewarding role as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Orthopaedic Surgery at Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH). We are seeking two NPs to join our dynamic Orthopaedic Surgery team, delivering comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs across the continuum of elective and non‑elective orthopedic surgical care.

In this collaborative, team‑based model, the NP works closely with orthopaedic surgeons (the Most Responsible Provider) and interprofessional colleagues to provide seamless, patient‑centered care from admission through to discharge or transfer. The NP assesses, diagnoses, treats, and manages patients, participates in daily rounds, coordinates discharge planning, consults with medical subspecialties, supports community reintegration, and contributes to quality improvement, education, and research initiatives.
