MissionHires is partnering with a modern transitional care facility in West Bedford, Nova Scotia to hire full-time Nurse Practitioners (MRP role). In this on-site, weekday position, you’ll independently assess, diagnose, prescribe, and lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for adults transitioning from acute care back to home or community.
