We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to enhance our vascular care services. You will operate autonomously, conducting patient consultations, ordering diagnostic imaging, and collaborating effectively with Vascular Surgeons. Your role will focus on delivering patient-centered vascular care across various clinical settings, from initial assessments to ongoing management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and vascular assessments
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging as per NP practice
• Develop individualized treatment plans for vascular patients
• Collaborate with Vascular Surgeons to coordinate care
• Provide follow-up care and patient education on vascular conditions
