Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive mental health, addictions, and physical assessments
- Develop and adjust individualized care and treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications, including OAT
- Monitor withdrawal and medication response
- Conduct medical intakes for bed-based treatment
- Complete risk assessments and respond appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (RAAM, hospitals, pharmacy)
- Support care transitions and continuity planning
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and guidance to staff
- Contribute to program development and best practices
- Stay current with evidence-based practice
Qualifications
Required
- NP (Extended Class) in good standing with the CNO
- Bachelor of Nursing + Nurse Practitioner designation
