Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with MOH and SNB nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, monitoring of care standards, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Develop, review, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and work processes to support safe care delivery.
Oversee resident care and ensure smooth transition between acute, chronic, and community care settings.
Ensure adequate staffing, appropriate skill mix, and effective manpower planning across shifts.
Drive staff development through training, competency upgrading, orientation, and preceptorship programmes.
Requirements- Min Degree in Nursing
- Valid practicing certificate issued by the SNB
- Preferably with two-three years' experience in similar position
