Nurse Manager, Case Management & Care Transitions

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Nurse Manager Case Management to oversee daily case management operations. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes and regulatory compliance while supervising staff and driving quality improvement initiatives.
