Numerical Control and Press Brake Operator – Night Shift

WORK SHIFT: MIDNIGHT TO 8 AM

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings from purchase orders or verbal instructions.
• Operate machine tools to manufacture parts, as well as computer numerical control (CNC) tools.
• Operate high-tech digital and conventional equipment for the production of bus bars and sheet metal intended to be assembled inside electrical panels.
• Use CNC punch press.
• Use automated storage system.
• Adjust and produce sheet metal parts.

Requirements

• Available to work the night shift.
• Vocational studies diploma in machining techniques or tin/sheet metal working, required.
• AVS in computer numerical control (CNC) machine-tool operation, an asset.
• All other diplomas or related equivalency will be considered.
• Experience using tools in a plant. <...
