This role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a busy Residential Property team, working alongside experienced solicitors on a broad range of conveyancing matters. The Role
You will assist and advise on a variety of residential property transactions, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Land Registry applications
- Post-completion matters
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties
