NPI Project Lead – Automotive Electronics

Sanmina is seeking an NPI Project Manager Lead to drive the New Product Introduction process for key automotive accounts. This role will act as the primary bridge between customer engineering teams and manufacturing plants, ensuring high-voltage, power electronics, or complex PCBA projects transition smoothly to mass production.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of NPI Project Management experience, strong expertise in automotive quality tools, and be fluent in English for effective communication.
