NPI Project Engineer – Manufacturing & Quality

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Project Engineer in Guadalajara to manage New Product Introduction and engineering changes. You will ensure project execution aligns with manufacturing, quality, and customer needs, driving improvements in cost, quality, and delivery performance.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with support teams to evaluate product specifications and manufacturing activities. You'll be responsible for preparing product layouts, directing prototype manufacturing, and evaluating inspection and test data to ensure compliance with specifications.
