NPI Program Lead - Electronics Manufacturing

OSI Systems in Singapore seeks a senior Manufacturing/Engineering leader to own end-to-end NPI project execution from RFQ through mass production release, combining strong program management with hands-on technical leadership.

You will drive cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, lead design transfer, BOM validation, DFM/DFT reviews, process readiness, and manufacturing qualification to ensure successful product introductions.
