**Responsibilities**:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to launch a product flawlessly and on time, in accordance with the quality manual and local NPI procedures.
- Responsible for scheduling cross-functional team activities for the introduction and release of new products.
- Coordinate the development and execution of the NPI plan related to production capacity to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the project engineering team, as well as supply and production management; develop the project plan and subsidiary plans.
- Use technical knowledge to make decisions and propose design changes to optimize manufacturability.
- Establish the project schedule, budget, and scope baselines.
