**About the role**Supervises team of project engineers or supervisors of project technical employees, setting day-to-day goals and objectives.Responsible for modifying project plans and schedules as needed to meet targets and milestones.
**Role Responsibilities**- Project Management_- Define project scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and track schedules (Gantt charts, milestones).
- Manage project budgets (CAPEX / OPEX).
- Cross-Functional Coordination_- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and HR to align resources and priorities.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings and issue resolution.
- New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD)_- Coordinate process validation runs (PPAP, run-at-rate, FAI).
- Ensure design for manufacturability and tool availability.
