About The Role
The Industrial Engineer has the responsibility of analyze operations, design efficient production workflows & reducing manufacturing inefficiencies, using lean tools and practices; in addition to supporting the introduction of new products through the creation, training & maintenance of new procedures and standard methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze/design cell operations & workflow sequences to meet established expectations, while maintaining optimal efficiency levels.
- Lead the implementation of lean processes in workstations, supporting a lean vision to reduce inventory, lead‑times and waste, increasing the productivity and profitability of the site.
- Support the introduction of new products through the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procedures, methods, and work standards.
