NPI & Engineering Solutions Lead - AI, Automation & Integration

NXP Semiconductors in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a professional to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering solutions. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in NPI and engineering processes, along with at least 5 years in a management capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business process re-engineering, proficiency in workflow design, and familiarity with AI technologies. A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is essential.
