Novem Medical is seeking the best talent for the position of NPI ENGINEER. Education and Experience: Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or related. Essential in medical products, professional knowledge of +3 years in manufacturing processes. Contract Manufacturing experience is highly desirable. Foreign Language: English 90%.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project/validation
- Work closely with customer and respective internal teams to ensure the project(s) are in schedule and on track
- Creation, updates, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Characterize and optimize processes to meet final product quality, yield, and reliability
