NPI Engineer - Ramp-Up & Packaging Lead

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is looking for a candidate to lead and manage end-to-end NPI processes within the plant in Singapore. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless product and packaging introduction. Moreover, you'll contribute to packaging design and support production ramp-up activities while participating in ISO audits.

Key responsibilities include maintaining data in SFC and SAP systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
