About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused NPD Project Manager to manage end-to-end new product development and packaging changeover projects. The role will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely project execution, and enabling seamless commercialization in a fast-paced skincare/FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple NPD and packaging changeover projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, packaging, sourcing, regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, and supply chain for seamless project execution.
