We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist in Paid MediaMexico - RemoteFull-time | 9AM to 5PM ESTWe're looking for a performance-driven Marketing Specialist to lead campaign execution and take full ownership of our marketing operations.You'll work directly with the Founder and the GTM Lead, ensuring outbound and paid media campaigns are executed properly, optimized consistently, and delivering strong results for clients.What you'll doOversee active campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, Meta Ads).
Monitor and optimize key KPIs: reply rate, booked calls, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.Coordinate cross-functional teams (GTM, Strategy, CSMs, SDRs, creative).
Manage projects from onboarding → launch → optimization.Review and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.What we're looking for~2-4 years managing paid media and outbound campaigns.
