Norway Lead, Tech-Driven Audit & Growth (Equity)

Ascender is seeking a Managing Director to establish and lead its Norwegian operations, combining deep audit expertise with a tech-enabled approach. You will build the local team, own audit delivery, work with the co-CEO, and shape a scalable pricing model for SMBs in Norway.

You will report to international leadership, drive commercial growth, and contribute to product enhancements and regulatory compliance within a fast-growing, equity-sharing environment.
