Northview Women's Ministry Director

Take on the role of Women's Ministry Director at Northview in Abbotsford for one year. Oversee programs and integrate with other ministries to promote women's discipleship across the community.
As part of the Adult Ministries Team, you will lead the Women's Ministry while developing strategic programs aimed at discipleship. This role includes collaboration with other demographic ministries to foster a cohesive discipleship environment. Ideal candidates will possess teaching skills and a strong background in leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the development of Women's Ministry initiatives
• Equip and train leaders across ministries
• Create and implement discipleship programs for women
• Work closely with Men’s and Youth ministry teams
• Report to the Discipleship Team Leader for program alignment
