Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent

Position Summary

The Non-Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for identifying prospective clients through LinkedIn Recruiter, executing targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with prospects through written communication, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches. This role focuses on written communication, relationship building, and effective pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source qualified prospective clients.
• Execute outbound InMail campaigns using approved messaging templates.
• Engage with prospects through written conversations and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Schedule Initial Consultation (IC) appointments for TES coaches using company scheduling tools.
• Maintain accurate records within TES systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
