Non-Prime Finance Manager

We are looking for high energy, highly ambitious individuals to join our team in Non-Prime Finance.

Previous Finance experience required with references.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in an automotive dealership doing finance
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Self motivated and driven attitude to succeed and push yourself to excel past targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) along with the ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work with bank associates in a professional manner, understand bank guidelines and learn how to negotiate bank terms
