What you will do

• Front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages;
• Enabling scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js;
• Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines;
• Operational core services experience;
• Log analysis and root cause identification to resolve issues quickly;
• Setting up alerts in case of system failures or issues, ensuring quick resolution;
• Profiling and optimizing the platform’s performance, both on the server side and client side;
• Issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues (Jira/ServiceNow);
• Analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence using Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
