About the role
As a NOC Operator, you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of a network or systems from any centralized location. A NOC technical team consists of qualified IT engineers and NOCs. They monitor the IT environment and ensure that the uptime and connectivity of IT systems is uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What you will do
- The NOC Engineer is responsible for strict monitoring of multiple networks and systems.
- Must maintain uptime for all IT systems.
- These NOC Engineers consistently monitor network and payment errors, issues, alarms and all issues related with the payment platform.
