Concentrix is seeking an Operations Manager II for the Network Operations Center (NOC) Program in Manila, Philippines. This role requires overseeing the operational health, performance, and uptime of critical network infrastructure while leading engineering teams to ensure strict SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in IT/Network infrastructure and the ability to manage 24/7 shift-based teams. Competence in ITIL processes and certifications in PMP, CCNA/CCNP are essential for this position.
