Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 24/7 monitoring of network systems, servers, and applications.
- Acknowledgement of alarms for Core links/device monitoring
- Quickly identifying and resolution of network outages.
- Fault Identification Time for network elements.
- Updating stakeholders on incident resolution status.
- Inform stakeholders promptly about critical incidents and their resolutions.
- Regular communication with cross functional team members to improvise customer service experience.
- Coordination with Field, Third Party Providers, Partners such as Airtel/VIL/TTSL/TCL/GFGNL etc., timely update.
- Escalation to internal teams and followup till closure with proper RFO.
Competencies:
- Minimum Experience of 1 - 5 years with Network hardware like switches, routers, Firewall, wireless network systems including wireless controller devices.
- CCNA certification.
