Job Summary Supervise and coordinate crews of heavy equipment operators to complete construction and earthmoving projects safely and efficiently. Ensure equipment readiness, enforce safety protocols, and communicate with site management to meet project timelines. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Schedule, assign and supervise daily tasks for heavy equipment operator crews to meet project plans and deadlines. Monitor equipment operation and performance, conduct inspections, and coordinate routine maintenance or repairs. Enforce occupational health and safety procedures on site and ensure crew compliance with safety policies. Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to operators and crew members. Interpret site plans, specifications and work orders and relay relevant information to crew members and contractors.
