Job Summary

Provide friendly customer service while assisting with sales to achieve store objectives. Create and maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure merchandising standards are upheld.

Main Duties

• Greet customers, assess needs, provide product information, and recommend suitable items to drive sales.
• Operate point-of-sale systems to process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Design, set up, and refresh visual displays, signage, and product placements to support promotions and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Restock merchandise, organize shelves and backstock, and participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards, and accurate pricing to ensure a positive shopping environment.
