Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Provide clinical leadership, staffing oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Main Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing personnel, including assignments, workflow and shift handovers.
• Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes to ensure adherence to protocols, safety standards and best practices.
• Develop, implement and review nursing care plans, policies and clinical guidelines in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, shift coverage and resource allocation to maintain appropriate patient-to-staff ratios.
• Provide orientation, mentorship, ongoing training and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
