NOC 31300 - Nursing coordinators and supervisors

Job Summary Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Provide clinical leadership, staffing oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing personnel, including assignments, workflow and shift handovers. Monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes to ensure adherence to protocols, safety standards and best practices. Develop, implement and review nursing care plans, policies and clinical guidelines in collaboration with the healthcare team. Manage staffing, scheduling, shift coverage and resource allocation to maintain appropriate patient-to-staff ratios. Provide orientation, mentorship, ongoing training and performance evaluations for nursing staff.
