Job Summary
Provide accurate bookkeeping and accounting support to maintain financial records and assist with month-end and year-end processes. Prepare and organize financial documentation to support reporting, audits, and operational needs.

Main Duties
- Maintain general ledger entries and perform regular bank and account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections follow-up.
- Prepare payroll calculations, remittances, and maintain payroll records as required.
- Compile data and assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and budget schedules.
- Support tax preparation and regulatory compliance by preparing schedules and gathering required documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
