Utilizes strategic planning in collaboration with National Multi Unit Managers and NMU Director to achieve region sales goals. Develop and monitor key performance indicators and team member professional development. Oversee and provide direction to enhance relationships and growth opportunities with customers. The position provides strategic leadership and direction to the Canadian Multi Unit Account Management group by assessing opportunities and risks, developing key customer relationships, and initiating account strategies that build loyalty and satisfaction with our customers. Identifies customer targets, develops a process to maintain visibility with and build relationships with decision makers to foster future business opportunities.
