Job Purpose

The Nightlife & Operations Manager leads Restaurant, events and late-evening, ticketed and guest-facing operations while driving revenue through entertainment programming, activations, partnerships, and special events.

This role combines front of house leadership with business development. The ideal candidate is equal parts floor manager, host, promoter, and entrepreneur – someone who can create energy on the floor while growing attendance, revenue, and guest engagement.
