Night-Shift Technical Recruiter - Global IT Talent (Onsite)

Sharp Brains is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Lahore. This role requires sourcing and recruiting international candidates during night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM). The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment, and will engage with candidates while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, strategic sourcing, and providing market insights regarding talent trends. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
