Night Shift Service Delivery Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a dedicated Supervisor Service Delivery for the night shift in Monterrey, Mexico. You will be responsible for executing the Service Delivery strategy for specified customers, ensuring alignment with SLAs and overall excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or customer service, demonstrating strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
