A prestigious hotel in Switzerland is seeking a Restaurant Manager responsible for the overall operational management of the restaurant. Candidates will lead and develop a team of around 10 employees, ensuring warm and professional guest service. The role involves participating in daily operations and implementing quality and hygiene standards. A very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German is required. Night work, Sunday, holiday, and shift work are expected.
