Night-Shift Patient Billing & Collections Specialist

PsychPlus in Karachi is seeking a Patient Collections / Payment Posting Specialist to support our U.S. healthcare organization. You will contact patients about outstanding balances, collect payments over the phone, and post payments in CollaborateMD.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and experience with CollaborateMD. Night shift onsite work is expected from Monday to Friday.
