Solvo Global seeks an IT Helpdesk professional to be the first line of defense for IT technicians. You will manage phone and email inquiries, create tickets, and provide support for resolution of issues including password resets and troubleshooting. The role demands strong customer service skills, excellent communication and a knowledge of Windows environments.
This position offers a schedule from Mon-Thu 12:00 AM-9:00 AM EST and Sun 5:00 AM-2:00 PM EST, with weekends off. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in a technical field and a willingness to pursue relevant certifications.
