Night-Shift HR Generalist — Employee Relations & Compliance

Arcadiacareers is seeking an HR-Generalist to oversee all facets of HR, including employee engagement and performance management. This role is critical for developing HR practices that ensure timely service delivery in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 4 years in HR within the BPO industry, and excellent management abilities to foster a positive company culture.

This position requires night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM and is onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga.
