We have an exciting opportunity for a reliable and professional Night Security Team Leader.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Shift: 19.00 to 07.00 (4 on 4 off plus overtime may differ as per client request).
• 3‑month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow handover procedures and review information from previous shifts.
• Act as the first point of contact for emergency and escalation procedures.
• Secure the site by controlling access and egress, and carrying out security patrols to deter crime.
• Identify hazards, react to medical incidents and respond appropriately.
• Ensure the control room/gatehouse is kept clean and tidy for the next shift.
• Operate the control room/gatehouse and reception systems.
• Maintain a high level of physical fitness required for patrolling.
