In this pivotal role, you will support the Nursing Department in a long-term care setting while directing Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. The RN position covers a 252-bed facility and requires effective resource management and adherence to CNO Standards of Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct care delivery by Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
• Monitor and support residents’ health needs across all facility floors
• Utilize equipment, medications, and supplies efficiently
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and organizational policies
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
