Role Purpose:

As our Night Manager, you are the leader on duty overnight, responsible for the smooth and secure operation of Sydney Harbour Hotel while the city sleeps.

You will oversee all night shift activity including guest experience, financial audit processes, team leadership and safety procedures. With a calm presence and sharp attention to detail, you will ensure that every guest interaction, operational decision and reporting requirement is handled with professionalism and care.
