Your Role
As our Night Manager, you will supervise a small overnight team who engage and look after our guests from late evening, throughout the night until breakfast the next morning.
Based at the front desk, you will be in charge of delegating tasks to the team, ensuring that we provide our guests with an unparalleled level of hospitality, from a seamless arrival and departure experience to extensive reception services, assisting them with their queries and unexpressed wishes.
In order to provide an exceptional service to our guests, you will report into our Front of House Manager and liaise with our Guest Experience and Duty Managers, ensuring that overnight complaints are handled effectively, glitches logged and appropriate service recovery is actioned.
